Please read carefully before completing your checkout. By completing a purchase with us you acknowledge & agree to accept our terms
& conditions:-
Shipping & Delivery
Extreme Body Jewellery is a UK business but we currently ship all orders from
our office in Bangkok Thailand. This means that unfortunately we cannot offer
such speedy delivery as can be expected from UK shipping. We use registered
airmail for all standard shipments
delivery time is usually between 7 - 14 days
but please allow up to 30 days
We will ship all orders within 2 working
days (usually within 24 hours) & will contact you should we be unable
to do this for any reason. We regret that we cannot influence the speed of
delivery by the post office. This is generally within 7 - 14 days but can
occasionally take longer, especially close to holiday periods.
By completing an order with us you agree that this expected delivery time is
acceptable & that any delivery delays are the responsibility of the delivery company,
usually the Post Office. Should delivery of your order be delayed we are happy
to assist with enquiries to the post office after 28 days from the
shipping date.
Upcoming Local Holidays
Our shipping office in Bangkok, Thailand will be unable to ship orders due to
local public holidays (& post office closures) on the following dates:-

Shipping Charges We charge £1.95 for standard shipping for the UK, EEC countries
& worldwide. Where larger items may incur higher shipping costs you will be
informed of the rate at checkout. Standard orders over
£30 will receive free worldwide shipping.
Prices All prices are listed & charged in UK pounds sterling.
Prices will show an estimated conversion to Euros & US
Dollars. This is intended as a guide only & the actual
currency conversion rate charged by your credit card company
may vary.
Orders
We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order from any customer for any reason.
We will of course contact you with the details you have provided & arrange any
refund of payment that has been made where we will not or cannot supply an
order for any reason.
Where our system accepts an order for a product that is out of stock we will
contact you to advise on expected delivery time or to arrange a refund.
In some cases we may require extra verification of identity to accompany credit
card purchases for security reasons. In the event that this is necessary we will
contact you to request whatever extra information is required.
Payments All credit card payments are handled by Paypal for both
your security & ours. Our shopping cart will transfer you
to a 128 bit secure connection certified by Geotrust.
Hygiene We guarantee that the Jewellery you receive from us will be in new & unused
condition. We cannot guarantee that the Jewellery is Sterile though as we do not have a
sterile packing facility. We recommend that you thoroughly clean & sterilize all
Jewellery before use.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled at any point before the goods have been dispatched.
After dispatch we cannot recall or cancel the shipment so you will then need to
returns policy (below). You should receive an
email to the address that you provided once your order has been shipped or
please check your order status here.
You will need the email address used to make your order & your 4 digit order
number to log in.
Returns &
Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the Jewellery that
you receive from us for any reason, please contact us by email to let us know
the problem. Please do not break the sealed plastic
packaging if you want to exchange or refund your jewellery.
Due to the potentially infectious nature of used Body Jewellery we can only accept the return of new & unused Jewellery which has not been
inserted into a piercing or the skin in any way. The only way that we can be
sure of this is if the jewellery remains sealed in the original clear plastic packaging.
The Jewellery must be returned to us in new, unused
condition for an exchange or refund. The only
exceptions to this are where there is a manufacturing fault or other error on
our part. For authorize returns we will provide you with a return number & UK return address
(also listed below).
You must contact us within 7 days of the day following delivery & return goods to us within 7 days
of receiving a return number for a refund or exchange to be made. Please do not send
Jewellery back to us without first contacting us & receiving a return number as
we will only accept Jewellery & issue refunds or exchanges that have been pre
arranged. Any requests for exchange or refund after 7 days
following the day of delivery will not be accepted.
When we do agree to refund or exchange Jewellery we will refund
the Jewellery cost only & not shipping charges, unless due to a
manufacturing fault or other fault on our
part. You would be responsible for all return & replacement shipping costs.
Larger orders that have been sent with "Free Shipping" will have a shipping
charge deducted from any refund of payment or with any replacements.
When returning goods to us the safe transit of the goods is your
responsibility. We take no responsibility for returns that do not arrive or are
"lost" in the post. This is a matter between you & the postal service used
& any compensation must then be sought from the postal service used. For
valuable items or to avoid the possibility of lost packages we suggest using recorded delivery or registered mail.
Damage to goods in the post
In the unlikely event that goods from your order have been damaged in the post
please contact us within 7 days of the day following delivery. We will require either photographic
evidence or the return of the damaged goods to our UK address, at our
discretion. Once you have shown us the damage by photograph or by returning the
goods to us we will arrange the shipment of a replacement & a refund of the
return shipping cost (or include extra goods of a higher value than your
shipping costs should you choose this option)
Late Delivery / Non Delivery For order delivery we pass responsibility to
the Post Office & we then have no further control of the delivery process.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered within 14 days
from the date of shipping please contact your local post office with the
Registration number (find your registration number).
Most reported "lost" packages are usually packages that have had an attempted
delivery & are then held by your local post office. If
your local post office do not have the package within 28 days from shipping please let us know & we will
assist as much as possible. We can start a tracking investigation from the
originating post office after 28 business days from the date of shipping. Once
shipped, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for an order until 56 working
days have passed, allowing time for the Post Office to correct any late delivery
problems or to return non delivered packages to us.
Please understand that we are not the Post Office or the delivery company &
we cannot influence the speed of the Post Office delivery or be held responsible
for this. They are a separate company who take the responsibility of delivery
from us but we will of course assist with enquiries as much as possible. We will
always ensure that our customers receive an acceptable solution in the event of
delivery problems but this can take some time (up to 56 days) as we have to wait
for tracking investigation results & confirmation of the delivery status from
the post office.
Please ensure that you contact us about any non delivery issues within 6
weeks from the order date.
Disclaimer
Although
we try to be as accurate as possible with the information we provide, we shall
not be liable for any losses or damages you may suffer arising out of your use
of the information or products on this Web site. Extreme Body Jewellery does not warrant the accuracy,
completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the
information shown on our Web site. In no circumstances
shall Extreme Body Jewellery be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or
any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any
damages whatsoever which arise from or is in any way connected with any
information or products on the Extreme Body Jewellery Web site.

site you confirm your acceptance of these conditions. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Piercing Advice Extreme Body Jewellery is a shop for Body Jewellery. We try to know
all there is to know about our Jewellery but we are not professional piercers and are not
qualified to give advice on piercings. For piercing advice please consult a
professional piercing studio or a qualified body piercing professional. Please

links to external sites we do not warrant any information or advice given by
these sites.
